On Friday, September 11, 2020, the al-Fatimiyoon militia found Farajalah Husseini, who is a commander of the militia, injured in the al-Hasiyan area in the Deir Ezzor badiya.

Al-Husseini was missing in al-badiya during a tour to check the militia’ outposts. Later, al-Husseini was found injured due to a landmine explosion in his car. He was transported to hospital.

Landmine explosions are frequent in Deir Ezzor badiya, which proves landmines are spread on a wide-scale in the area. Landmine intense spread will endanger civilians’ lives in the future.
