The SDF announced the formation of a civilian council in Al-Daman village in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside, which is the first one since its control of the region.
The meeting was held in Tayb Al-Fal village in Deir Ezzor countryside, and was attended by the local public figures and tribal leaders, according to a reporter for Deir Ezzor 24,
The reporter indicated that Riyad Al-Agaidi was appointed as the President of the Council, and Fidaa Khlaif as the Chief of Cabinet in the new civil council.
The formation of a civilian council in Al-Daman village in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside was to ensure civilians basic services, and make every effort to provide them.
