Today, the SDF arrested three young men from Deir Ezzor province during a raid and search operation in Al-Sahl Camp, located in the western countryside of Raqqa, according to a reporter from the DeirEzzor24 network.

Our reporter reported that the SDF raided the camp near the village of Al-Sahl, which houses displaced families from the Deir Ezzor countryside and the Syrian desert, who were displaced by Assad forces in recent years.

The raid resulted in the arrest of three displaced young men from the town of -Masrab in western Deir Ezzor countryside, on charges of planning a mass escape operation for the camp’s residents. One of the detainees was identified as 18-year-old Abdullah Al-Humaidi from Al Masrab.

The SDF imposes house arrest on residents of Al-Sahl Camp and prevents them from returning to their homes and villages in Deir Ezzor, claiming that the areas are still unsafe after the collapse of the regime, based on local sources.
