DerEzzor24 exclusive report
The leadership of the Revolutionary Guard militia in Deir Ezzor Governorate rejected a citizen’s request to compensate his house destroyed in the recent strike in the town of Salhiya, west of Albukamal, east of Deir Ezzor Governorate, according to what a private source told Deir Ezzor 24.
The source said that the refusal came from the official of the Revolutionary Guard militia in Albukamal called “Hajj Askar” before he traveled to Iran, noting that the house was rented by “Askar” and he turned it into a headquarters for the militia.
He added that the citizen submitted a complaint to the Iranian embassy in Damascus a few days ago, and the response came by obligating the leadership of the Revolutionary Guard militia to rebuild the house at the militia’s expense without providing any financial sum to its owner.
It is noteworthy that all the homes destroyed and damaged by the hostile strikes of the Iranian-backed militias are rented by their owners for not very high amounts of money, which prompted the people to refrain from renting their homes to the militias recently.
