The metal fence surrounding the park of the “Khasham” city council, east of Deir Ezzor, was stolen d by unknown persons last night.
Fingers are pointed at the Assad militia present in the area, as the theft of the fence requires cutting and transport equipment, which cannot be easily secured by the residents, in light of the tightened security in the town.
The town includes a military security detachment, an air intelligence detachment, in addition to a sub-district and police station, points belonging to the Fifth Corps, and members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia, volunteering in sectarian brigades in the “Al-Shamiya” area
