The Fodder Directorate in the areas controlled by the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor province has refused to receive most of the yellow corn crop from farmers in the past few days, according to a reporter of Deir Ezzor 24 Network.
He said that the Directorate returned a large part of it due to the humidity and the institution’s lack of an industrial dryer.
The amount of yellow corn production in Deir Ezzor for this season was estimated at 9,000 tons from an area of 3,000 hectares.
