A joint patrol between internal trade and criminal security began with a tour of the shops of the six villages and towns in the Deir Ezzor countryside, east of the Euphrates, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said that the tour aims to search for smuggled Turkish goods, smoke, and store licenses, and to obtain bribes and royalties known to store owners, which reach large amounts depending on the goods in the store.
Anyone who refuses to pay bribes will be arrested, humiliated, and placed in prison until he pays the required amount from the patrol.
