The Syrian Intelligence Service arrested a group consisting of six people in Deir Ezzor Governorate, suspected of being linked to the Public Mobilization Forces militia, as part of ongoing security efforts to combat illegal activities.
According to information, the cell was active in transmitting information and smuggling weapons within the area, and its movements were monitored and followed up before the arrest was carried out.
The sources confirmed that the competent authorities have begun investigating the detainees, in preparation for taking the necessary legal measures against them.
