Our reporter said that SDF members at the Sheikh crossing in the town of Hawaij Dhiyab, west of Deir Ezzor, are blackmailing mobile students to take the middle and high school certificate exams.
Our reporter continued that the operatives of the checkpoints are charging high sums of money to allow them to cross, and 3 young men were arrested yesterday morning coming from Al-Shaddadi area, one of them from the town of Hatla.
Dozens of students are traveling via riverboats, during this period, to areas controlled by the Assad regime, to take the exams for the preparatory and secondary certificates.
