The DeirEzzor24 network reporter said that Mr. Nouri is from the town of Hatla and most of his members are from Hatla and the Al-Bubadran clan, and he is considered one of the local leaders of the Revolutionary Guard militia.
Our reporter added that the military points belonging to the Mr. Nouri” amounted to 16 points in the town of Al-Sayyal in Al-Bukamal region, east of Deir Ezzor Governorate.
Mr. Nouri is one of the people approved by the Revolutionary Guard militia to attract volunteers and include them in its ranks in the northern and eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
