DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

Over the past few days, the cities of Al-Ashara and Al-Quria in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor witnessed the depature of a number of families, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.

According to the reporter, their departure was due to the Iranian militias’ installation of field artillery and missile launchpads near their homes located on the bank of the Euphrates River opposite the SDF-controlled areas. Iranian militias deliberately set up artillery and rocket launchers between houses, to use civilians as human shields.

People are fleeing their homes in the cities of Al-Ashara and Al-Quria towards the surrounding villages and towns and the city of Al-Mayadeen, due to the residents’ fear that their areas would be targeted by the Coalition and the SDF if the Iranian militias targeted the American bases stationed east of the Euphrates from those populated areas.
