Deir Ezzor City Council issued an official statement calling on all citizens preoccupying the council’s lands, whether for rent or investment, and registered among the properties transferred from the state, to visit the council’s headquarters to complete the procedures for settling their legal status.

The Council explained that Thursday, June 4, 2026, will be the last date for referring back, calling on those concerned to bring all identification papers and documents related to the lands they preoccupy, with the aim of organizing the files in accordance with approved legal principles.

The statement stressed that failure to comply with the reference within the specified period will expose the violators to the necessary legal measures being taken against them.
