Armed men believed to be Daesh members launched, at dawn today, a massive attack on military points of the 17th Division in the desert of the town of Al-Kashma, east of Deir Ezzor, according to t a DeirEzzor24 network reporter.
Our reporter said that the attack continued for about an hour and led to the death of one member and the injury of a large number of members of the division.
It is noteworthy that Assad’s forces sent reinforcements to the site of the attack, and carried out a sweeping campaign. The National Defense and Military Security militias and the 17th Division participated in it.
