The Military Police arrested five young men on charges of escaping compulsory recruitment.
Local sources said that the Military Police arrested the young men despite their holding postponing documents based on educational reasons.
The Assad regime continues to conduct compulsory recruitment campaigns in Deir Ezzor for the third successive month.
