The al-Mazhour Company purchases tons of construction steel looted by the National Defense (ND) militia. Purchasing the steel is a part of a deal by Firass al-Mazhour the owner of the company and Firass Al-Iraqiyeh the ND militia commander.
The al-Mazhour Company implements the Assad regime’s contracting and construction projects. The company is involved in signing fake contracts and monopolizes projects provided by the Deir Ezzor Technician Services Directorate.
Al-Mazhour is one of the Assad agents who worked in the file or reconciliations. He seized a land in Deir Ezzor, claiming to use it for investment.
The ND militia stores lootings at a warehouse near the al-Fatissa towards the Cement Institution.
