The student Muhammad Fateh al-Akla was killed and another student was wounded, by SDF gunfire while they were crossing the Euphrates River between the city of al-Quriya and the village of al-Shannan in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network.
Our correspondent added that another student was shot in the neck and was taken to a hospital in a critical condition, as they were targeted by SDF members while they were returning from exams in the city of Al-Mayadin in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and crossing the Euphrates River via a fishing boat to reach to their village of Shannan.
He confirmed that armed clashes erupted against the background of the incident, between the families of the students and SDF members in the village of Al-Shanan, where the clashes focused near the “Al-Saab” house.
It should be pointed out that the SDF deployed reinforcements to the village of Al-Shannan, consisting of 20 cars, to control the attack of the people in the village.
