A short meeting brought together the Russian General “Vladimir” and the so-called “Hajj Rasoul”, the official of the Iranian Cultural Center in Deir Ezzor, at the rest house of “Hajj Fadel” in the Al-Qusour neighborhood in the city of Deir Ezzor, according to a local reporter of DeirEzzor24.
The source said that the meeting was strictly secret, and its reason or content was not known, and a tight security cordon was placed around the meeting place.
The Russians prevented both “Hajj Rasoul” and “Hajj Deeb”, officials of the Iranian Cultural Center, from entering the town of Hatla, a few days ago, against the backdrop of members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia targeting coalition bases in the SDF-controlled areas (east of the Euphrates).
