Football coaches and youth in Deir Ezzor have launched an initiative to train children through football academies in the city of Deir Ezzor, according to a DeirEzzor24 Network reporter
Our reporter said that the initiative aims to train “base” children in Deir Ezzor and develop their football skills by holding training sessions and providing them with sports-related support during this phase.
According to one of the initiative’s organizers, coach Captain Aboud, these children will be recruited through advertisements and school visits, and individual efforts will be conducted at the Army Club Academy (formerly the Officers Club).
Coach Aboud told Deir Ezzor 24 Network that the children will be trained at this academy, followed by tournaments and friendly matches to motivate them and increase their passion for sports.
These initiatives are supported by the people of Deir ez-Zor, with assistance provided to the best of their ability by companies and businesses that encourage athletes and the sports scene in Deir ez-Zor, including Al-Rashid Company and Al-Jaish Club facilities
