DeirEzzor24 exclusive report
The city of Deir Ezzor has been witnessing severe electricity rationing for fifteen days, consisting of five and a half hours of outage for every half hour of operation, according to a reporter of the DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our reporrter said that the total operating hours over the course of 24 hours do not exceed three hours in the best cases of the electricity network.
He added that the attacks on electricity networks and transformers have increased in most neighborhoods of the city, as a result of their theft or sabotage by weak-willed people and by some of the henchmen of the defunct Assad regime, which also causes power outages in a number of neighborhoods for a period that sometimes reaches 48 hours.
It is noteworthy that all these problems in electricity in Deir Ezzor, in addition to the deficit in electrical maintenance workshops, represented by a shortage of cables and the interruption of transformer maintenance.
