The besieged neighborhoods of Deir Ezzor city, such as Al-Joura, Al-Qusour and Al-Muwadafine, have witnessed a sharp and dire shortage of bread for the fourth day in a row as Assad forces have recently reduced both the fuel and floor supplies to the bakery ovens in Al-Joura, Khalid Ibno Walid and al-Dahiya ovens, which have received one ton and half of floor. In the meantime, the Assad-regime has overlooked the other bakery ovens in besieged Deir Ezzor  that are currently out of commission as a result of a fuel shortage.

Assad forces are also utilizing one of the ovens called al-Jaz for their own benefits by keeping most of the bread in their hands, which has pushed many civilians to gather at the oven to obtain bread; however, most of the time they are harassed and then forced out of the oven by the oppressing Assad forces.

In other news, water supply has returned to both Al-Joura and Al-Qusour after a twelve-days cut; however, it still does not reach most of the residential buildings in the neighborhoods as the duration of pumping water to these places have been reduced, coinciding with a weakness in the pumping stations themselves.

Water supply remains completely cut off in the neighborhood of Al-Muwadafine along with some places in Al-Joura and Al-Qusour, which are supplied with water from the water plant called al-Bassel, situated in Daesh-held Bughayliya town. Civilians left with no water supplies in the besieged areas are contingent on primitive means to get it.
