Volunteers and mercenaries, official parties and loyal personalities dedicate their efforts to recruit in the ranks of the Russian forces

DeirEzzor24 network learned from informed sources that some figures loyal to the Assad regime and pro-Russian militias, such as the Fifth Corps, the Russian Reconciliation Center in Hatla, and the Al-Quds Brigade militia, have continued to enlist the people of Deir Ezzor to fight alongside the Russian forces in Ukraine.

According to the sources, a list is being prepared with the names of hundreds of people from Deir Ezzor wishing to volunteer, attached to their national and phone numbers, to inform them of the developments and the necessary equipment for recruitment as mercenaries. Responses will come within days.

The sources stated that the translator Khader Abu Elias, working within the Russian Reconciliation Center in Hatla, is taking an individual initiative, with the support of the Baath Party branch in Deir Ezzor, to organize a list of names of those wishing to volunteer in the ranks of the Russian forces, to go to Ukraine, and submit it to the Russian general in charge of the eastern sector. Al-Furat, while no decisions or approvals have been issued yet, regarding accepting the requests of volunteer delegates individually to collect names.

Several delegates affiliated with al-Assad’s intelligence, Liwa al-Quds militia, the Reconciliation Center, and the Recruitment Division, had collected lists of names of those wishing to volunteer in the ranks of the Russian forces, awaiting any orders to accept requests, and to communicate with volunteers.
