A large discrepancy in the pricing of transport companies (Deir Ezzor-Damascus) without control or calculation by the concerned authorities, according to what the DeirEzzor24 network monitored.
Our correspondent said that the price of the Al-Qadmous office, which operates on one trip per week, is 20,000 Syrian pounds per passenger from Deir Ezzor to Damascus, while the value of reservations for Al-Arabiya guests is 30,000 Syrian pounds, and it reaches 35,000 Syrian pounds at the Al-Arabi office.
He added that companies add 5,000 pounds to the fare on flights coming from Damascus to Deir Ezzor, under the pretext that the price of fuel has doubled in Damascus.
The discrepancy in transportation fares between the Pullman offices is made possible by the Director of the Pullman, the Directorate of Transportation, and the Provincial Council, despite the residents’ repeated complaints.
