The Russian Reconciliation Center distributed 300 baskets in the Al-Hameishat neighborhood in the town of Hatla, northeast of Deir Ezzor, to 300 families from the neighborhood, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
According to the reporter, the distribution process took place in the presence of General Vladimir, Mukhtar Fadel Al-Daher, and Abdel Aziz Al-Sahafi.
One food basket included (1 kg of sugar, 1 liter of oil, 3 kg of flour and 1 kg of rice).
The Russian Reconciliation Center distributes, from time to time, food baskets to families in areas controlled by the Assad regime, especially in the seven villages east of the Euphrates.
