The Russian forces in Deir Ezzor have refused to evacuate civilians’
homes in the eastern neighborhood of the town, despite the residents’ demands to reclaim their homes, according to a reporter of DeirEzzor24.
Residents of that neighborhood filed dozens of complaints to the head of the security committee and the governorate of Deir Ezzor to retrieve their homes, but their pleas fell on deaf ears.
It is mentioned that the Russian militias, including the Russian Reconciliation Center and the Fifth Corps command in the northern countryside, take over most of the houses in the eastern neighborhood of Hatla and the Al-Sayyid Ayed and Al-Jleidan areas.
