The day before yesterday, a quarrel erupted between a group of residents and a checkpoint of the Fifth Corps in the town of Hatla in the northeastern countryside of Deir Ezzor due to the location of the checkpoint, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network.

Our correspondent said that the quarrel erupted in the presence of an officer from the Legion with the rank of colonel, and the reason for the quarrel was the people’s demand to change the location of the checkpoint, because it constituted an obstacle to the passage of cars at the “Al-Julaidan” lane diversion in the town, due to the installation of a detour of about 1 km length to prevent cars and people from passing through the street. General in front of the Russian military headquarters in the town.

The checkpoint is responsible for protecting the headquarters of the Russian reconciliation in the town of Hatla, and the quarrel ended with the removal of the checkpoint to the east of the town at a distance of 50 meters, based on the desire of the people.
