DeirEzzor24 network correspondent said that the military security allowed the residents of the city of Al-Youkmal, east of Deir Ezzor, to inspect their homes around the security headquarters.

Our correspondent added that the Military Security imposed an amount of 100,000 Syrian pounds on every person who wants to visit his home if it is near one of the military and security branches and headquarters.

All the houses near the military headquarters were completely looted by al-Assad forces, militias, and members of the security branches.
