The correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network said that the military security in the city of Albukamal, east of Deir Ezzor, blackmails the owners of car offices in the city and demands that they pay royalties under the name of “commercial approval.”
He added that the new royalties amount to 250,000 Syrian pounds for each car that is sold or purchased through the office.
