Informed sources confirmed to DeirEzzor24 network that the military police arrested 4 members of the Asud Al-Ashayr militia, affiliated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia, which is led by “Nawaf al-Bashir”, a dignitary of the Baggara clan, known for his absolute loyalty to Iran and spreading the Shiite doctrine among his clan.
These events come against the background of the shooting of a member from the town of Marat, east of the Euphrates, who belongs to the Asud Al-Ashayr, while the reason is still unknown, within the T2 station located in the Al-Bukamal desert in Deir Ezzor.
It is known that the militia members used narcotics and hashish, which indicates the possibility that this was behind his death.
