The Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia granted its local members in Deir Ezzor a financial reward of 150,000 Syrian pounds (equivalent to $10), according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
According to the reporter, the reward was disbursed with this month’s salaries, yesterday, to boost the morale of the personnel after the strikes they were subjected to by American aircraft three days ago.
The monthly salaries of members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia range from 1.7 to 2 million SYP per month, and this reward came as a kind of encouragement to persevere and confront US strikes.
