DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

The Fourth Division of Assad’s forces has set up 4 new checkpoints in the Al-Bukamal area, east of Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.

Our correspondent said that the new checkpoints were established in the area extending from Salhia to the city of Al-Bukamal, in conjunction with a state of tension with one of the local factions loyal to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia, as a result of the killing of a lieutenant near the Hasrat Bridge and three others due to disputes over smuggling.

The Fourth Division and the IRGC militia are operating in Deir Ezzor province and coordinating militarily and economically at the highest levels.
