The Fourth Division is behind the collapse of Al-Majboul asphalt road project in Deir Ezzor

The report of the final receiving committee for the Al-Majboul asphalt road, which connects Al-Ardh Roundabout with Hawija Sukr in the city of Deir Ezzor, revealed the poor quality of the asphalt, according to a local reporter of DeirEzzor24.

According to our reporter, the committee’s report, which included the poor quality of the asphalt pulverizers, was justified by the implementing agency from military housing and technical services by the Fourth Division’s checkpoints stopping asphalt trucks coming from Homs Governorate towards Deir Ezzor Governorate for more than ten hours for inspection, which caused the pulverization of the asphalt to spoil.

The Fourth Division and its checkpoints in Deir Ezzor obstruct entry and exit from the governorate for the purpose of collecting sums of money in exchange for allowing cars to move.
