DeirEzzor24 network correspondent said that the Fourth Division checkpoint, stationed on the outskirts of the town of Salihiya in the Albu Kamal countryside, east of Deir Ezzor, began allowing vegetable trucks, “refrigerators”, to enter the city of Al-Bukamal.

He added that the checkpoint’s permission for trucks came in exchange for half a million Syrian pounds for each refrigerator, and whoever refuses to pay is not allowed to pass.

The Fourth Division seized vegetable trucks a few days ago, under the pretext that there were no regular bills.
