The proportion of heating fuel distribution in the areas controlled by the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor, amounting to 50 liters for the winter season, reached 65%, according to the statistics of the Director of the Deir Ezzor Fuel Branch, Safaa Al-Marei.
According to Al-Marei, about 80,000 out of 130,000 smart cards issued by the Takamol company’s offices have received the designated diesel for their owners.
A good percentage of diesel card holders in Deir Ezzor sold their cards to gas station owners at low prices, after losing hope of obtaining diesel.
