The (ACTION FOR HUMANITY) organization announced that it will work in cooperation with the Health Committee of the Deir Ezzor Civil Council to operate the “Madina” hospital in the Al-Ma’amal area at full capacity until a new memorandum of understanding is signed, so that the hospital can continue its work based on it.
The statement published by the organization stated that the procedure of the Health Committee, after the end of the old memo, is a routine procedure and out of concern for the hospital equipment.
In turn, the Health Committee affirmed its readiness for any coordination or cooperation that advances the medical sector, supports Deir Ezzor’s hospitals and health centers, works to secure medicines and equipment, and guarantees free treatment for the people of Deir Ezzor.
It is worth noting that Al-Madina Hospital provides medical services to a large number of villages and towns in the northern and eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
