The beginning of reorganizing and archiving real estate documents in Deir Ezzor

Workers in the Archives Division of the Real Estate Interests Directorate in Deir Ezzor began inventorying, sorting and reorganizing real estate contracts and reports affiliated with the Real Estate Registry Departments in Deir Ezzor, Al-Mayadeen and Al-Bukamal, as part of efforts aimed at preserving official documents and archiving them in an organized manner.

The work includes sorting and distributing documents in preparation for their transfer to recently restored warehouses in cooperation with a number of international organizations, which contributes to providing an appropriate environment for preserving and organizing real estate records and documents.

This step coincides with the return of a number of employees in the Real Estate Services Directorate in Deir Ezzor, who were dismissed from service due to their participation in the Syrian revolution, after completing their files and administrative procedures, and returning to exercising their duties within the directorate.

Completing inventory and archiving operations and organizing warehouses would support the work of real estate registry departments and facilitate access to and preservation of documents, thus enhancing the organization  of administrative work in the real estate sector in the governorate.
