A private source told DeirEzzor24 Network that the security services of the Assad regime instructed its cells in the SDF-controlled areas of Deir Ezzor to intensify their activities in the next phase.

According to the source, “Nawaf al-Bashir” was summoned to a meeting of the Security Committee in Deir Ezzor Governorate, and action points were put in place aimed at isolating the western countryside of Deir Ezzor from SDF control.
