The State Security Branch in Deir Ezzor arrested the director of a bakery in Al-Mayadeen and another in Al-Ashara in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after the branch discovered tons of flour intended for smuggling to SDF-controlled areas, according to a reporter of DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said that the confiscated quantity of flour was found in private warehouses, and was collected in recent weeks at a rate of 5 bags per day.
The majority of the owners of bakeries in Assad regime areas in Deir Ezzor steal the flour allocations of the people, taking advantage of the absence of supervision from the Supply Department.
