Yesterday, a meeting was held by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia in the security square area in the municipality villas neighborhood in the city of Deir Ezzor, according to a private source of the DeirEzzor24 network.
The source said that the meeting was held in the presence of the majority of the militia leaders, including “Hajj Ali”, the commander of the western sector, “Hajj Malik”, the commander of the Salhiya al-Bukamal sector, “Hajj Ahmed”, the director of the Support Department, and the director of the Iranian Cultural Center, “Hajj Rasoul.”
The meeting witnessed the presence of the so-called “Hajj Jawad”, the leader of the Lebanese “Hezbollah” militia, amid intense security alert by Iranian militia members in the vicinity of the meeting site.
According to the source, the leaders focused during the meeting on full alert, for what they described as confronting any reaction from the international coalition, and they gave instructions to all commanders and members on the need to exercise caution and caution, to avoid bombing of their military positions in the governorate.
This meeting coincides with an escalation taking place in Deir Ezzor, between the international coalition and Iranian militias, represented by mutual missile bombardment and raids by American forces on Iranian militia positions in Al-Mayadeen and Al-Bukamal.
