The Russian general met with the Russian Reconciliation Center in the town of Hatla, northeast of Deir Ezzor, a number of village notables and mayors, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that the meeting included reporting that the aid provided by the Russian Federation had stopped temporarily because that aid was directed to the earthquake-affected governorates within the areas controlled by the Assad regime.
It is worth mentioning that this aid has been suspended for nearly two months, despite the strong criticism from the people about it, due to the lack of quantity and the lack of materials in it compared to the media pumping and photography that accompanies its distribution.
