Russian forces confront Iranian militias by refusing to expand east of the Euphrates

The Russian forces rejected a request submitted by the commanders of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia, including the opening of a branch of the Iranian Nasr Center east of the Euphrates, with the aim of recruiting civilians.

The Revolutionary Guards militia recently opened a field hospital in the town of Hatla, and a branch of the Cultural Center, with the approval of the Russian forces.

Several centers of Iranian militias are located in the east of the Euphrates in Husseiniya and Hatla, and they have increased their activity in smuggling operations, provoking skirmishes and harassing the positions of the international coalition forces, which led to the discontent of the Russian forces.
