Russian aircraft carry out a horrific massacre after striking a river barge in the town of Al-Bulayl

Today, the Russian aircraft perpetrated an appalling massacre after targeting the road which links between the town of Al-Bulayl and the village of Al-Sabha in eastern Deir Ezzor.

The airstrikes hit river barges which were transporting civilians between the banks of the Euphrates during the afternoon, killing 15 civilians, 9 of whom were burnt to death, and wounding many others. The airstrikes hit the same area yesterday, which resulted in the wounding of many others.

Civilians rely on the river barges to cross between the banks after the IC destroyed all bridges linking between them.
