The Postal Directorate in Al-Hasakah Governorate reopened the Al-Hawl district post center, east of the governorate, as part of its efforts to expand the scope of services and improve their access to citizens in areas far from the city center.
The center began receiving citizens and providing its postal and financial services, the most prominent of which is exchanging old currency for new one through «Sham Cash» accounts, allowing residents to complete their transactions locally without having to go to the city of Hasakah.
The reopening of the center comes as part of a plan to activate service facilities in the governorate, alleviate pressure on major centers, and improve the level of services provided to residents of Al-Hawl district and neighboring areas.
