Today, the process of receiving applications for candidacy for the People’s Assembly began in the building of the General Secretariat of Deir Ezzor Governorate, according to what was reported by the Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent said that the process of receiving candidacy applications will continue for a week and will include identification documents (no judgement, any academic certificate, a declaration not to run for another electoral district proving his candidacy for the sector he is nominated for, a residence permit and a phone number).
It is noteworthy that the Deir Ezzor Governorate has 12 seats, including 9 or 10 for the Baath Party, and these elections are scheduled to be held in mid-July.
