Deir Ezzor 24 exclusive report:

Fighters of the National Defense Militia in the Mayadeen city are seeking to invent new looting methods, as they have begun to uproot ceramics, tiles, electric wires and wood panels from destroyed and damaged homes, for the purpose of selling them.

One of the officers of the Fourth Division, called “Nizar Aref,” buys the stolen hardware in the city, and the division’s office for purchasing is located near the Al-Baloom roundabout, next to the checkpoint.
