The correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network said that the Military Intelligence launched a campaign of arrests, since yesterday, against the elements of the settlement in the city of Albukamal, east of Deir Ezzor.
Our correspondent added that the campaign resulted in the arrest of a number of them under the pretext of having police bulletins and personal rights issues against them, to force them to pay exorbitant bribes to release them for fear of being transferred directly to compulsory service.
It is noteworthy that the security branches of the Assad regime apply these procedures and campaigns from time to time to collect money by paying bribes by people who have any cases or charges in their records.
