Assad and IRGC security offices arrested members belonging to the Fourth Division as they were carrying out a theft operation in the Mayadeen city, noting that the same members stomed a number of houses and confiscated jeweleries and amounts of money in a couple of days ago.

The Fourth Division has been involved in theft and imposition of taxes and royalties on locals as an illegal source of income. It is involved in robbery and theft on a daily basis, which has terrorized among locals.
