191 workers resigned from the owners of Al-Furat Spinning and Weaving Company (spinning mill), all of them from Deir Ezzor Governorate, according to what was reported by a DeirEzzor24 network reporter.
Our reporter said that the reason for the mass resignation was their assignment since the beginning of the year 2018 to the institutions of the Assad regime (the Water Corporation, Municipalities, and the Health Directorate) because the factory was located in areas outside the control of the Assad regime (SDF control) in an area of 7 km.
The acceptance of the workers’ resignations comes after the workers gave up two months’ salary as a bribe to the company’s management, which is authorized to accept those resignations.
