DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:

Today, a kidnapping gang released 7 kidnapped persons on the Homs-Beirut road, in the Wadi Khaled area, who were kidnapped more than 10 days ago, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network.

Our correspondent said that the release of the kidnapped came after their families paid $6000 for each person to the gang members as a ransom. One of the kidnapped people was known as “Saleh Al-Mousa” from Deir Ezzor Governorate.

It is noteworthy that the aforementioned region has been active in cases of kidnappings for ransom, by armed gangs believed to be in coordination with the Iranian militias that control that region.
