An informed source told Deir Ezzor 24 network that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia (IRGC) has reopened the door for recruitment in its ranks in Deir Ezzor.

The source said that the militia opened 8-day military training courses for new recruits, and that it determined their salaries to be 75,000 Syrian pounds per member, under the name of “local defense”.

The sources confirmed that the main center for recruitment is the Iranian Nasr Center.

Iran’s recruitment campaign in Deir Ezzor coincides with another one carried out by the Russian forces in their areas of control (east of the Euphrates).
