Yesterday, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia arrested a number of members and an officer of the Assad forces, as they entered one of the “pilgrims” centers near the cement company in Port Said Street in Deir Ezzor city, according to a reporter for Deir Ezzor 24 Network.

Our correspondent said that members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia arrested the members and an officer while they were at the headquarters, with the aim of looting it after its evacuation by the militia.

He added that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia transferred the officer and the members to one of the militia’s prisons in the city of Deir Ezzor.

It is noteworthy that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia evacuated a number of its headquarters and centers in the city of Deir Ezzor, in the recent period, which prompted members of Assad’s forces and militias to target them with looting operations.
